For Duane Griffin, football was just the beginning.

A standout running back at Warrensville Heights High School, Duane built his name on toughness, discipline, and the ability to carry the load for his team. That work ethic earned him the opportunity to continue his career at the University of Akron, where he took the lessons from the field into the next phase of life.

But the real play came after football.

Today, Duane is a successful real estate entrepreneur focused on building opportunities in the very communities that shaped him. Through his work developing and operating group homes, he’s creating safe spaces, stability, and second chances for people who need it most.
