Our Journey
Validity Sports & Enrichment (VSE) was founded with a simple belief: community is stronger when generations come together. What began as a vision to connect youth, athletes, and seniors has grown into programs that empower, inspire, and create opportunity.
Our journey led us to launch Zav 27 in the heart of the Glenville District a creative and technology hub where ideas turn into action. From mentoring and enrichment programs to performances and community events, we continue to build pathways that reflect our mission: bridging people, purpose, and possibility.

Our Highlights
One of our proudest achievements has been creating opportunities for community members to actively engage through volunteering. From helping run concessions at events to assisting with programming, volunteers have become an essential part of our mission.
These efforts not only strengthen the sense of community, but they also create ways for participants to earn money and develop valuable skills. By turning everyday involvement into opportunity, we’ve built a model where giving back also means growing forward.

Goals
A major focus of VSE is preparing athletes for life beyond the game. Through our Life After Sports programming, we aim to equip current and former athletes with the tools they need to transition into new careers, build financial stability, and discover new passions.
